POLICY & PROCEDURES
1. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Cash, Check and Credit. There will be a $35 charge on returned checks.
2. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available at our office for purchase.
3. GRATUITIES: Our prices do not include tip. Please pay gratuities in the form of cash when paying for services.
4. LATE ARRIVAL: If you are late more that 15 minutes, we reseve the right to refuse treatments and you would be responsible to pay for your scheduled appointment.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice cancelation or changes to an existing appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a $75 fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. PACKAGES: All packages are NON-refundable and must be paid up front in full and cannot be shared with anyone else.
7. SHOPPING CART: Available 24 hours a day on line. We use reusable and recycled boxes to ship our products to help save the environment.
8. PRODUCTS: A full refund will be given to products that have orginial packaging and the seal has not been broken. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale and discontinued items are finale.
